Today l have a quick easy layout using pieces from the lovely 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Serenity collection. The colours in this collection are so soft and adaptable to many types of photos.

Once again l have used my January Limited Edition kit from My Creative Scrapbook. Everything on this layout is from the kit, they even included the stencil and the crystal dimensional drops in gold ( the ink l used was mine)

 

I started with some stencilling on my background paper, layered up several photo mats that l distressed the edges of and added dimemsion to all the layers.

I've used a lace strip under my photo and added gold dots to the cut out holes

Next l began on my photo clusters on either side of the photo using laser cuts and chipboard pieces and have added height between the layering

I layered a chipboard tag and added a word strip over part of the lace strip

I've added rub-on words to the top of my photo for my title and finished with white splatters over the layout

Double the Fun

 Hi everyone, l have 2 layouts to share with you today

For the first one l have used 49 and Market Artoptions Viken collection

These collections have eveything you need to make several layouts with coordinating embellishments, l really can't get enough of them!

I have layered everything from the photo mats to the embellishments to give dimension and make the layout pop

Here are some close ups

On the bottom right and left hand side of my photo I began the flower cluster with die cuts and began to layer them finishing with flowers. I have painted and glazed some chipboard in a light green and tucked it in between the elements. I placed a word strip on the top and added sequins, seed beads and snow

For the second layout l have used 49 and Market Serenity collection. I am so happy with the way this layout turned out!

For this layout l started by giving the background paper a layer of clear gesso. Then l added a script stencil and ink over the top. 

I added several layers under my photo and inked all the edges.

I have 3 chipboard circles that l painted and lightly spritzed with ink and placed under my flower cluster and photo edge. The chipboard is from 2Crafty and they have an awesome range to choose from!

On the right side l used 3 word chipboard strips under the lace and added a heart.

Next was the flower cluster on the left side. I started with laser cuts using the ladder and lace strip in the middle. Then l've added chipboard frames and circles and built this up with leaves and flowers. l added some stencil cut leaves and micro beads.
