You have to use 'clocks' and the word 'MOMENT'.
I chose a photo that was taken on my son's 21st birthday, what a group of crazy, fun loving boys!

I have inked these chipboard pieces from Dusty Attic
Liquid pearl drops and little bling flowers
Clock stamps, torn paper strips, masking, inking
Finally my title, after laughing at the antics of these guys, it's all l could do but shake my head and smile!
